Staff at the property was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable and provided excellent service. The Location of the property was great, away from the hustle and bustle but within close walking distance to many restaurants and convenient stores. The Cleanliness of the property was good, although some guests reported small animal poo and mold in the bathroom. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a beautiful pool and garden. However, some guests reported water pressure problems and noise from nearby construction. Overall, the property is a great option for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bali.

  The staff at the property were amazing, super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure guests enjoyed their stay and were very hospitable. Guests appreciated the prompt and fast response from the staff. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, making guests feel comfortable and helping them with whatever they needed. Ayu, one of the staff members, was particularly brilliant and went out of her way to help guests.

Guests appreciated the quietness of the location and the fact that it was not too far from the main attractions. The property is also in a great location for those who want to explore the local area and experience the local culture.

However, some guests did mention that the bathroom could have been cleaned better and that there was some small animal poo on the ground and on the wall.
