Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach

I decided to book this property for two nights before moving to ubud for my remaining stay. Overall, it was a good experience. However some things could be improved upon. Pros : location, food options, room size, view. Could be improved on : customer service, and going that extra mile. I had a coffee one evening in the restaurant and the staff reminded me thrice to clear the bill. I asked them to bill it to my room but they insisted i settle cash. I never understood why. Later when i asked at the reception, she said she had forgotten to take a deposit from me. Long story short, it was my birthday and they really made me feel unwelcome. In any other Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach, if they realise it is a special occasion, they normally go that extra mile. Even if it is just a personalised note, a wish. I was a bit disappointed to be treated that way. But otherwise it was a good experience.

Pictures don't do justice to this place. Every corner of this property will leave you mesmerized. We stayed at their ocean view rooms on the 3rd floor. Kudos to the room size! Sit out was our favorite part of the room with a breathtaking view of the ocean and pool! Taking about the pool. It made our stay so much more fun! The water in pool had the perfect temperature throughout the day. They offer the most delicious breakfast with such good variety of cuisines. Highly recommended. About the location of this Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach amazing restaurants, Shopping and Spas all at walking distances. All of the staff members were incredibly helpful and generous. All things considered it is one of the best Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beachs on the Benoa beach. Thanks for making our visit to Bali that much better.

Hotel overall is good. The staff is very helpful and always willing to help with a smile. We did ask a lot about locals from the staff and staff was always happy to help us in all possible ways. Hotel transportation price is not really heavily priced but of course you can get better deals outside the Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach. We did not try spa, as it looked very overpriced. There are so many very decent spa joints just outside the Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach. Pool is good, beach is just ok, not much hangout at beach front. Being Indian vegetarian, you won't find anything interesting on menu card, neither in breakfast.

We booked Grand Aston during our recent trip to Bali. This resort has it's private beach which features water sports as well. View from the Ocean view room was just amazing. Pool area is good quite good. Best part was Breakfast : It had so many varieties of cuisines and dishes and all I had were really yummy. Negatives: The beach is not good for swimming and the water goes too far back after afternoon. The smell of fuel from water sports area is irritating.

The property location is nice. A blend of privacy and ample area to explore a nearby beach too. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean. If you take a breakfast package, you will not regret. The food variety is vast and multi cuisine on offer. Although, you may not find too much indian. We were happy with the spread. The pool too is a highlight and especially kids will have a fun time. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Amazing stay, the staff is very courteous and accommodating. Room and Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach were very clean. They cleaned the room whenever we asked and always served with a smile. The spa was also amazing. Try to get their VIP spa room for your spa, they give you if it is available and going vacant. They also provide honeymoon decoration in the room and Bath tub.

The stay at Nikko Hotel was amazing the check-in process was smooth and the staffs were very nice the welcoming was great. The rooms we stayed in was great, rooms were very beautiful and spacious. The swimming pool was very well maintained and the it is located in a nice area the breakfast in the Hotel was amazing as there is a wide range of food

Hotel was very good with a very friendly staff. The Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach location is great and is closer to many water activities. Pool is spacious and well maintained. They have private beach which is very dirty and not maintained. Please look into the cleaning of beach before my next visit. Overall very good stay at Grand Aston.

Great location. One should have a beach or pool facing room to enjoy the view more. Italian restaurant which was in house was great. Breakfast had loads of option but for vegetarian most of them were a miss. Pool was excellent and staff was very courteous. Overall a luxury stay.

Awesome place to live. The staff is very helpful and attentive too. Food variety specially the breakfast was yummy. But be careful if you are a vegetarian then you will be having very limited choice of food to have. Whenever I will travel Bali grand aston would be my first and only preference.

One of the upscale resorts of benoa area, good property with good pool, restaurants and a beachfront. Being a japanese chain, they had japanese themed everything. Kids enjoyed. There are many shops and decent restaurants just outside the gate. Highly recommended.

Stay and food were great but the ac of our room was not functioning well

Amazing resort. Clean rooms. Best Service. Nice food. Great Swimming pool. Cool Beach. Cool club If you are looking for a perfect holiday at Bali and need to spend it at a perfect place, Grand aston is the name you should go for :) In short a perfect place to stay at Bali :)

The Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach location is perfect, right on the beach. The pool are and the garden are wonderful. The breakfast restaurant has a nice view. They even allowed us late check out (until 3pm) free of charge. Overall perfect stay.

Hotel, food, location, services everything is good. Cleanliness is maintained in the room, enjoyed staying at this Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach, rooms are bigger and view from balcony is awesome. I would suggest this Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach if you are staying with your family or business trips.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool is great and beach view is awesome. Breakfast menu wasn’t appealing to indians. Overall a great stay and value for money

Excellent front desk staff. Especially someone called Rema (I don't remember her name exactly) very polite and informative. They provided all the details about tourist places, car booking, etc. Very nice atmosphere, nice pool and nice restaurants nearby.

Nice resort in a peaceful location. If you want a relaxing trip without much hustle bustle then this Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach is yours to choose. Also they have free pick up and drop to nusa dua collection centre a nice place to spend your evening.
