What a great Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, with terrific amenities! The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom is the best you can hoped for. We LOVED the bar area with the great view, our room also had a great view! Loved the outdoor area, such a neat touch! Selection of breakfast is nice (more than 50 items per day in breakfast) and varied. The staff are really friendly. The amenities also really nice. Hairdryer, iron board, coffee maker, locker, daily shaving kit, toothpaste and brush kit and etc. The TV is huge, balcony is nice.

The property was stunning, no doubt. But what made the stay memorable were the efficient, courteous, warm and welcoming staff who stopped at nothing to help us and did everything thing with a smile on their faces. Special mention to the room service, reception and Gede, the taxi service person at the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua. We spent 4 nights there and I will rate this experience in the top 3 of all the Novotel Bali Nusa Duas I have ever been to. I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to have a relaxing and fun holiday.

I found the stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and they also provided a crib for my daughter. The property is good at reasonable cost. The beach is few minutes away from the property and you can take a shuttle from the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua at 15 minute frequency. One annoying thing though, they charged additional for drinking water, which I found odd and unreasonable.

Hotel is really good, enjoyed the stay. Awesome place with all amenities. Beach is very near and they have shuttle in every 15 mins. Suggetions will be for more Indian vegetarian Food should be provided. Would recommend as good value for money for travelers planning to spend time in Nusa Dua - compared to other resorts

Located in the heart of Nusa Dua slightly away from the beach. The beach club buffet is great. Services are good with a nice pool also. Would recommend as good value for money for travelers planning to spend time in Nusa Dua - compared to other resorts in the vicinity.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed. In my vacation. Rooms are really nice and spacious. Beautiful and awesome surroundings and landscapes and very closer to the beach. Staff was so cordial and humble and supportive, will recommend to friends and relatives.

Excellent property and great customer service. They specially added vegetarian items to their breakfast menu for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again. Beach was very nice and barely a 5-7 min walk or 2 mins by bus.

Loved the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, got a free upgrade to suite room. Lovely interiors, located at very interior and quiet location near mengiat beach just 5 mins away. The Novotel Bali Nusa Dua has got lovely swimming pool and also some vegetarian food in the menu.

Cleanliness. Saw a lizard in my one bedroom suite. Food was good. Water was very expensive. Good hospitality. Will love to visit again. Nice experience. Staff was very friendly. Specially staff of the restaurant and pool. Will surely suggest to friends.

Good Hotel. But no choice of dishes for Indians. We stayed for 4 nights. But first 2 days were very bad the bed was making lot of noise.

Awesome place with all amenities. So many resorts nearby very much serene and beautiful. Shuttle service was there every hour to nearby market and at every 15mins to beach. My Suggetions will be for more Indian vegetarian Food should be provided.

The rooms are and overall ambiance was very nice. Very good to get relaxed with family. Only the cost of breakfast charged was very high. Food choices for vegetarian customer is limited.

Novotel has a good private beach not adjacent to the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua though. The SPA was very average - not at par with Novotel Goa .. Not even close. The staff was friendly and pampers Australian crowd. Good variety of food.
