Good views but poor service
The property is well-located with great views, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Despite arriving exactly at the 2 pm check-in time, our room was not ready. We were told it would take just 5 more minutes, but it ended up being a 75-minute wait. Additionally, the room initially didn’t even have hot water, though they did resolve that one hour after we got in which also wasted our time further. While they offered us a late check-out, the staff, particularly the lady at the front desk, remained rude even during our departure. Overall, while the views are nice, I believe there are better options in Ubud that offer similar views with better service. No value for money.
