Well connected. Service was very mediocre. We had to call the reception multiple times to get water. Also, room service never turned up to replace the cups.

The staff here is just amazing, I love how they take care of your small requests. I also got an upgrade for my room for a very cheap price.

Location food service is good. But no electric cattle. No fan. No almirah. You said in your web portal Indian food available. But no Indian food is their. Don't understand language. Unable to talk in English. Room is very small. No chairs to sit.

Location, food service is good but drinking water is providing by hotel is bad, No fan, almirah in room. You mentioned Indian food is available but their is no Indian or any veg food available in hotel. Even staff is unable to understand our language. They do not understand English.

Location is good, it's nearby beach and Kuta market. Food options are really less, the staff is also less reception guy will transfer your luggage. I stayed there for 1 night only, luckily.
