All the services provided by Resort were fantastic. Pool was awesome and clean. Breakfast was good.

Food and service is good. No noise very calm. But windows slides are not working fine. Food is good. Unable to close window slides. Not working properly.

Don’t fall for youtube videos, the villa is in a bad shape. Upon arrival, you are greeted in a reception where the roof is almost falling off. The rooms are not maintained, everythigg no is broken and needs to be repaired. The attendant did explain that covid to-dd take a toll on them and they are coming back to normal. I don’t want to complain but it was bit worth it.

Was not at all clean and the interiors and the pool, everything inside the room was unclean and dirty

Guest mentioned they are pure vegetarians and hotel served them non veg in breakfast. Rooms are unclean. Coffee and tea pouches in the room were expired

Torturing place

There were so many insects and lizards in the pool area as well as in the whole Villa. We could not even enjoy our full stay and checked out a day before. The walls were also dirty. The towels were stained. Not a good place to enjoy privacy as you always have a fear of insects in your mind.
