Family vacation in Bali

We were in Bali for a 5-night vacation and chose to stay at the Tanjung Benoa Beach Resort and Spa in Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful and the rooms were large, airy and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly and a couple of issues we had with the room were addressed promptly and fixed. The Tao restaurant serves good local cuisine and is reasonably priced. The Indian restaurant Roti chai serves authentic Indian food though the menu does not give you an extensive choice. The private beach of the hotel is excellent and a great place to relax. The hotel is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Depensar and it takes a good 30min by can to get there by the can. But if you like a chilled out relaxed pace, then this is the place for you. The pools in the hotel are lovely and the water was terrific. There are good dining options close by too. Wifi was good too. Definitely recommended.
Courteous staff and quick service. Good indian food option with veg options varieties. Would recommend to book this as peaceful stay.

All over it's very good experience with Tanjug Benoa. We have very great experience with this hotel. Hotel staff is too polite and supportive. Hotel having access to Sea view and water sport activity also near to hotel premises so it's great to be here and enjoy.

Our stay was smooth and the food was great. Staff and service were good. No complaints. Thanks. Everything was good. We enjoyed staying a lot. Breakfast was fulfilling and the staff was cooperative.

Staying here was just awesome hotel. Staff is so good and very warm. They always smile when you meet them. Hotel is beautiful they have two swimming pools. We got the room with balcony out side which was really superb. Overall good experience.

Pleasant stay. Close to beach. Resort is full of greenery.
Value for money. July was good time to visit. There were brief showers but manageable.
Buffet spread could have more variety from one day to another.

Everything was overall excellent. We are so happy with their service. Hope we will visit again after 02 months. Area was so good and clean as well. Actually we visited as honeymoon trip. My spouse was so surprised. She also wishes to visit again after 02 months. Thanks.

Superb location and helpful staff

Must visit hotel. Location is the best if you like calm and quiet place. The hotel is made very well in complete Balinese style. Staff if very good and helpful. There is a Bali collection mall nearby with free shuttle service and water sport activities available just opposite to the hotel.

Large hotel but due to corona was largely empty, lot of walking to be at room but it is overall good, pool is nice, food was good, I give thumbs up for family trip.

Pros. 1. Very clean hotel. 2. Staff are responsive and attentive. 3. Garden and The fishes are something adults and children will enjoy. 4. Security and safety is satisfactory. Cons. 1. All doors installed in the room 211 is of poor workmanship and they don't lock properly. 2. The shower pores are blocked. 3. AC even though you set it at lowest temperature, the AC stays at around 24 to 27. 3. Bit poor location.
