Good resort at walkable distance from nusa dua beach. They packed breakfast at 6:30am, when we went for nusa penida island tour. Decent food and very clean rooms.

Poor room maintenance

The hotel is at a nice location, near to the nusa dua beach. Overall, it looks fine and has a swimmin pool. My main issue was with the room itself. The ac in the room kept on dripping water and created a puddle in the middle of the room. In the middle of first night of stay, i had to go to the washroom and i slipped and fell on the puddle. I didn't understand it then but i realised the issue next morning. I called up housekeeping and informed them of the issue. They sent someone with the mop just to sweep the water on the floor. It was never fixed during my entire stay. I requested the hotel to change my room but that was not done.
