Excellent property, very big swimming pool, it has two swimming pools, one of roof which is infinity pool, nice hotel staff, very good breakfast with lots of variety, very good location too many bars, restaurants, clubs nearby. Nice big rooms, nice huge bathrooms with bathtub, room with balcony pool view, comfortable beds, new hotel, nice architecture and interior, nice breakfast area

The hotel is well placed in the bustling areas of seminyak and kuta. Hotel is very near to all the bars &restaurants including f inns club and potato head beach clubs. Disappointed with the bathroom(very congested)

Location is good if you like partying with clubs around. A very nice indian restaurant 'spice mantra' is at 30 secs walk. Hotel rooms are average and breakfast as indians is very limited in vegetarian and that too 1 out of 2 dishes is repeated every day, also quality of all the 3 india vegetarian option is very bad.

Reception staff thief

I forgot my bag at reception at the time of checkout. When i came back, bag was at the reception. When i checked the bag, all my stuff was not there. It was stolen by the reception staff. When i threatened them with police then they gave me my all stuff from inside. Very bad experience.
