Booked the private pool villa for my stay. It was great. Loved it. Staff, the ambience was very friendly and great.

Good variety. Liked the food on the menu. Maybe the breakfast buffet could be improved. With some more options. Nothing much everything was great food and peaceful stay. Stayed in standard room. For deluxe rooms have pool access all the time. I thank all the staff. For pleasant and peaceful stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in regular room. in pool villas. Pool villas and the rooms facing the main pool are just brilliant. Staff is very friendly and great hospitality. Loved the food too. Quite reasonable n very tasty. The main highlight is the pool here which us like a water body along the main courtyard n rooms and the location with proximity to all the happening places n airport in Bali. Would love to come stay here again kudos to the team here for maintaining such high standards. Great rooms and great hospitality worth every penny loved the place. Pool villas are just awesome.

Value for money resort ... Friendly and helpful staff ... Cleanliness. Private villas gives complete privacy. Food is nice ... Quick service. Nicely kept. Only one thing is need to give little big bottle of minrel water as complementary

Stayed at Lagoon Resort for four nights. Booked a standard room with breakfast at great price. Had some inhibitions for the standard room, but was amazed with how spacious and clean the room was. Breakfast has lot of options. They also have an Indian menu for lunch/dinner, but Indian food was just OK. Location wise, its right in middle of Kuta buzz, with beach just 10 min walk away. All in all, had a great stay, and shall surely stay here if I visit Bali again.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the most happening street in Kuta Legian region. At such an affordable cheap price, it's more fun to stay in resort. There's so much to do inside too with a big pool and a pool room, also with a movie screening room too. The attendant 'Suarwuan' took great care of us. A good friend too to stay in with them. Very friendly staff.

This hotel have all basic amenities with very nice staff. Located at good market location and 30 min away from airport. Room was good and clean. Not found children play area. Gym and spa facilities not working due to construction. Nice pool and food. It's great experience.

This was our first time in Bali and we stayed in Kuta lagoon, it had everything we could ask for. Location is appropriate for first timers as it is close to market and you get everything nearby. The food was OK and the facility has been maintained appropriately .

Standard room but poorly located. Walls on both side no view. Basic tea making material not provided. Breakfast excellent. Indian food available. Hospitality very nice. Can service of hotel available. Market very close.

The hotel needs a renovation, the rooms are dark and shady, passage and restaurant are old fashioned. Hotel staff was helpful and location wise the property is perfect.
For staying in Koota Lagoon again, I don't think so ...

Pool is very good but room is small. It is near by kuta beach 7 minute walking distance. Near by hotel there is lot of good restrant.
Overall it is value for money and staff is very supporting.

The location is very good. Polite and helpful staff. Food is okay but not suitable for vegetarians. The rooms were spacious and were very well maintained. Everything is accessible from the hotel. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.
