The hotel is situated at a very approachable location. All major attractions and restaurants are nearby and the beach is at a 5-mins walking distance. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy and the staff was very quick and helpful. We would recommend others to stay here.

Hotel staff is too good, chef was super kind to provide us breakfast box early at the morning 4 o'clock.

Good hotel, rude front desk!

My overall stay was good! clean rooms and the staff were polite and sweet. But on the last day before checkout they cleaned my rooms and took some robs and towels for cleaning and since i was leaving they did not replace and i did not bother since i was leaving anyway! but while leaving the front desk a manager was rude to ask me as to where were robs and towels, not even asking politely, but in the offensive tone! i would appreciate if they first check with their own staff before behind rude to customer.

No empathy based on a death in the family

Dear mmt team and lloyd hotel, we are very disappointed with the kind of services you provide to your customers, we had a sincere issue in travel-ling for our vacation for a very unfortunate incident in our family, demise of our uncle, we provided all the necessary documents including the death certificate. You guys have had no empathy. We have informed you guys 10 days before to our travel but no refund or even rescheduling was considered. #blockmmt #badcustomersupport #nevergotollyods
