Good peaceful stay

The Hotel is Really Good . Rooms are clean and the staff is helpful . Vegetarian options are less but they allow you to order food online . PUTU at the reception will help you with everything.

Property is beautiful. They have buggys to take you from room to reception/spa/restaurant, which are easily available. Food is good, especially we were happy to get vegetarian food. Breakfast spread is not large but is enough. The place is slightly away from the main area by walking. However if you have car/scooty, you will be good

It was a great experience. Everything is perfect and up to the mark. Voila maintained it very well and the view was really amazing. For internal transfer they provide 24 *7 service to us.

A few things i wanted to highlight about the property. 1. Staff: so humble and attentive that they manage to give you a superb experience. Reception was just so supportive and she arranged all of our trip in bali and negotiated on our behalf. 2. The view & property: if you are looking a jungle experience and a first mossy wine, this place is you you. Personal pool and view has an amazing view. Even after being in such place they have managed to keep the property super clean. They have a buggy everytime you want to go anywhere in resort. They have a shuttle service to ubud market a few time in a day. Overall rating: 5starproperty : 5/5food: 4/5staff: 6/5value for money: 5/5

The views are fantastic. The swimming pools are great with a wonderful view. Schuttle service takes you to town center for easy and convenient sight-seeing. Kids loved it. Food was good. We really enjoyed the stay.
I look out for the places, where i find less indians n indian food. But unfortunately lot of indians over here,.

Payogan is a beautiful place in ubud, property is too big but secluded, ubud market is bit far from these. Also the restaurant do not take orders after 10 which in some case gets difficult for food specially for indians

Iron was not provided in the room. Also they were not ready to provide more water bottles, even when we were ready to pay. Pool lights were not working until we informed about it.

Hotel is spread out in huge area. Has a good view. Prefer valley view rooms and villa for stay. Hospitality is just awesome. You are greeted and treated well. Good value for money hotel. Nice experience.

Place is calm and peaceful. Cleanliness and good atmosphere. Cons are location is little away from Ubud town and requires you to take taxi or hotel shuttle provided at regular times 10.00, 14.00, 18.00. No options other than hotel food.

Villa doesn't offer as much facilities as a 5* villa should. The morning receptionist is rude.

Far property from ubud city centre and vegetarian people shouldn’t look at this property. Amenities and services was very slow and average types, property is beautiful but not maintained accordingly
