We stayed at the resort for 2 days and it was lovely. The food was good and the staff were super friendly. Special thanks to the reception staff aw-an for making sure we had the best stay in bali.

Thestay was great with awesome breakfast provided by the hotel. The pool was really clean and service was great.

Overall good experience. 5 star hotel in heart of Ubud. Huge resort. Swimming pool villas are awesome. Just swimming pools need bit more cleaning. Room decoration was simply excellent.

Amazing place. Superb landscaping and wonderful staff. Only regret is me being vegetarian. Right in the city centre with wonderful shopping options and pubs in close proximity. Monkey forest is at walking distance. Had a blast.
Old property. We had 3 days stay here. The first room doesn't have bidet working. After arguments with reception, we were upgraded to a bigger room, but it had twin beds instead of double beds. Again, the next day, we were shifted to another room that had a double bed. All 3 days in different rooms. At least the hotel staff did try to provide an alternative.

They ran out of creamer for tea on the last day of our stay. We had to check out at 7 am, they did not have any creamer for us, and hot milk was also not available as the restaurant opens at 7.

Poor facilities, staff behavior not helpful, AC works even slower than normal Fans and after so many complaints no correction made, No Vegetarian food here, insect repellent machine not workable, Dim lights in room and many more faults.

Air Conditioner was very poor and the room was mostly hot. I complained about it and no significant steps taken to resolve or change my room. Very good and prompt transport service from main lobby to my room. The resort was beautiful and my room was very clean.
