The hotel is really good. Staff was really helpful and has very nice demeanor. They try to ensure that the guests feel comfortable and kept regularly checking with us if we were facing any issues. The food was good and complimentary breakfast had lot of options including indian dishes and egg-less options in desserts. They have free of cost morning activities like yoga, cycling and alsi pro-vise free shuttle service to main ubud market

Sthala is an aesthetically beautiful hotel with scenic views and comfortable rooms. We were travel-ling with an infant and all our requests were addressed to our satisfaction. Being vegetarian they also catered to our food requests with slight amendments in the menu. Overall we had an excellent stay. Only suggestion is to include more vegetarian/indian dishes on the menu as it is visited by many indians, after 2nd day stay we were short of vegetation dining options. I will definitely visit again though.

Location is bit far to crntral but its awesome must stay here beautiful location and rooms are big and nice, indian food is limited menu but breakfast have so many varities and taste is good. It has rooftop bar and 2 swimming pools one is infinity pool. Overall very nice stay and staff are very friendly and always smiling and ready to help customers.

Not the best option. The front desk always giving priority to white skin. They just want money. Poor location average food. Don't deliver what shows in your booking voucher.

We stayed on the fifth floor and there was no view from the room. Not even road side view. Was just a wall with plants. In the corridor also no view. Construction going on outside. Requested them to pack a spice free rajma for the baby but was denied and they said we only have spicy one ready and available. However they did pack some fruits and egg though.

It’s not the five star you would want, hotel is located in a good view spot, but its too far from the ubud centre considering the traffic is too much in there, plus hotel is old, does not even have five star facilities, trust me stayed quite a lot in these 5-7 star segment hotels, this is not the five star i would recommend, specially it you are an indian, don’t stay here, the food they sell in the name of indian foods, those are not even made in our ways, they sell naan bread by giving you pita breads fried on tawa. Some remarks for hotel pool view room we stayed in, “room was stinking, toilet flush wasn’t working properly, everything is old be it interior, curtains etc, does not even gave carpet on the floor, when room gets cold, it’s uncomfortable. Also, don’t take any suggestions on your day out from hotel, they will charge you more from everything better you do the ground work and go there, don’t take cabs from here, book gojek or grab”.
