    horrible property , no cleanliness ,no electricity , dirty towel

    this is I think my first booking and it was the worst hotel I have booked . 1. no one at reception 2. no water bottle even to buy . 3. no electricity in the room . 4 . ac not working properly . 5. very dirty towels . 6 .very bad toilet condition. I have been to a lot of hotels but I just can't express how bad I felt. 7. cannot lock the room gate which is a safety hazard I booked another hotel as I usually do and I left the hotel .
