Great infrastructure, good rooms, good breakfast options. All in all a good hotel. But service is poor. Staff is ill equipped to handle small problems, borderline discourteous and clearly inept to handle foreign guests. The biggest differentiation for a excellent hotel is service. Amenities anyone can buy, service mindset you cannot. The hotel staff needs to be trained at better multicultural hotels.

Overall I like the location of the hotel but next time I will book it hotel.
Receptionist behavior was indecent her name was Sera. I booked two rooms she gave only one room and make me wait till 5 pm and gave another room.
