Value for money, neat and clean room with polite staff
JW Marriot is amazing with its amenity and the way they treat their customers. Glanier and Suryani (Loyality manager) has been of extremely great help and guide while our stay at JW Marriot.

Though, it would help to pay attention to details working of electrical switches and points, telephone lines and receiver often has heavy disturbance.

The room was comfortable but sound-proofing could have definitely been better. I was woken-up by _azaan_ at 4:45 every morning and couldn't sleep post that. Other hotels i had stayed in kl didn't have this issue. Otherwise the staff were courteous, the concierge went the extra mile in helping me out during the stay and the check-in and checkout processes were super smooth
