This was my second visit to jakarta nice service they were very kind to give me early check in e van was very helpful and on the day of the check out he allowed me till 1400 hrs staff is very good and room size is also good

Very good ambiance, so clean and cozy. Enjoyed my stay here. Even it was my late check in but staff was too cooperative. They assisted me on everything needed.

The hotel is very near to Jakarta International Expo and close to Indian restaurants. Rooms are very clean and complimentary breakfast is also really good. The amenities in the hotel are up to the benchmark ... The staff are polite and helpful.

Overall stay was good. Location is great. Room service is very poor. You have to call a minimum of 3 times repeating the same request and takes about an hour for them to fulfill your request.
