Rooms are quite big but it has old ethnic look. Service staffs were so polite and courteous. Well-disciplined. You will be provided with basic toiletries, shaving set and lotions need to be carried by us. Rooms and rest places were clean, simple showering option. Spa center is good, possess big swimming pool up to 6. 5 feet deep. Three restaurants (Chinese, Indian and local cuisine with bar) is available. Indian food options are good. Hotel located in north away from busy streets and happening places of Jakarta. They have options of pick and drop. Only people at reception can speak English, but they can help in all situations very nice and friendly staff.

I was there for business trip, I stayed in this Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention many time and it's my favorite. Very good Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention, excellent and bigger rooms compare with other Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention, service was very good, very clean Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention, very good Indian food, they also served Indian breakfast.

It was good to stay in Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention .. Value for money. Staff was good. Amenities were there in Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention .. I really appreciate the stay ... They offered a good breakfast, multi cuisine. I also had dinner in Queens of India restaurant food was delicious there. Just one issue I had that is with WiFi. Sometime WiFi creates problem ..

Best part is that, this Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention provides breakfast with Indian vegetarian options which are rare in Jakarta Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Conventions. Very cheap and really good stay, very cooperative staff, got a very nice deal from MMT. Having all kinds of dinning, Being indian love to have Indian food in Queens restaurant. View of lake is awesome. Will recommend to my friends if they will visit Jakarta. Must book the Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention sun lake and have a 50% discount on make my trip portal.

Hotel is good as compare to other Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Conventions rooms are big ... Anybody can easily find cab .. Service is excellent but sometimes after 1 o'clock they will not pickup calls if uh need something in night like extra bed sheet its very defficult. Good thing is they give more than two complementary water bottles if uh need !!

Very nice Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention, its located in a very good ambient. I stayed there for 10 days during my stay the service which they provided is very good. Real value for money. This is the cheapest five star Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention in Jakarta. It has its own Indian restaurant which is quite famous making Indians living in Jakarta. Rooms are quite big and meet and clean. Mall of Indonesia is quite near to the Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention.

Very spacious room, good internet connectivity, very long swimming pool, excellent breakfast, good vegetarian food in break fast. Overall a good business Sunlake Waterfront Resort and Convention at best rate. However location and walk outside is not adviseable since safety is not good.
