Nice staff gud service specially a person named dickey who works there on the front desk would like to visit again great service the only thing i would suggest is a atm should have been there or a currency exchange. Besides that everything is fine neat n clean thx

Good hotel and accommodation but yoy have to ask for everything and bot necessarily you will get promptly. Breakfast very average.

Smaller rooms

The hotel was situated at the center of Surabaya with the hotel staff was courteous and helpful but the size of the rooms were smaller then what I expected.

Stay at ibis suraba

I had a stay for a night. I checked in late so the expectation was that the room will be ready but it was far from that. There was no toiletries, tea-coffee. I had to call twice to arrange everything. What i later realised that they don't provide anything without asking. The bathroom was extremely small, and there was a leakage in the jet spray, no disposal bag and the side of the body-hair wash container had black spots. The breakfast was very average. There was no salt or pepper on the table. I had the dinner at the restaurant and realised that getting the attention of a staff to order, or asking for a bill is a challenge. However, the receptionist was good and kept my luggage after check in for an hour. They could do much better with the food and basic service in the hotel.
