A nice warm and cosy place

We really liked that warm and welcoming staff in the Hotel Hermitage. They were very friendly and very helpful. The Hotel Hermitage location is also at any excellent place. Most of the places to see are at walkable distance. The only small drawback we felt was the weak WiFi. I would surely recommend this place and ll surely opt to stay here if I go to Florence again

The best part about this Hotel is it's location as it is very near the train Station and also close to the main market of Florence. It's a very cute Hotel which is decorated in a very elegant fashion. The terrace has seating surrounded by flowers and you can get a very good view of the City. All in all a very good stay for three nights.
