    Expensive for a very basic small room

    I stayed just for a night. There was no one at the reception, you need to go to another hotel a few hundred metres away to get the keys. They give you 4 keys since you need to open that many doors to get to your room. The WiFi password is the most ridiculous I have ever seen (32 characters alphanumeric with upper and lower case alphabets). The WiFi was not working the night I stayed but connected just before leaving. The room is really small but the worst part for me was that the toilet is a shared one. I hadn't noticed that at the time of booking. A lot of reviewers praised the location but there are several other options around since most tourist attractions in Florence are not far apart and it's a good city for walking.
