I have already wrote a review a few days ago concerning this B&B. I need to rectify because the payment issue has been solved thanks to the work of Hotels.com who has refunded my first payment. All the other concern about this B&B remain the same, therefore my overall assessment is negative. Ho scritto un primo commento qualche giorno fa, ed ora devo rettificate perche' il pagamento e' stato effettuato da Hotels.com e mi e' stato restitutito il primo pagamento effettuato. Grazie ad Hotels.com. Per il resto il mio giodizio finale sul B&B rimane ugualmente negativo. Ma credo che sia doveroso menzionare che il primo pagamento mi e' stato restituito.

The worst expert ever. Check-in: not easy to reach the host, he asked me to wait "3 mins and call back", but leaving me waiting under crazy heat for 20 mins. Room: I don't complain about the facility because I knew it wasn't going to be good, however the air-conditioning didn't work is really not acceptable, asking them to come check and fix, but having no solution, and it's so obvious that they don't care, just made me speechless. Sleeping in an oven.

Es geht so. Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Toilette befindet sich direkt neben dem Bett, was den Toilettengang etwas unangenehm war. Für drei Personen ist etwas zu wenig Stauraum vorhanden. Das Zimmer entspricht nicht ganz den Fotos. Wir haben -wie gewünscht -eine Woche vorher die Unterkunft per email für den Check-in kontaktiert und keine Antwort erhalten. Deshalb mussten wir am Ankunftstag mehrmals eine italienische Nummer anrufen, wodurch natürlich Zusatzkosten entstehen. Desweiteren würden uns 11€ mehr abgerechnet, als ursprünglich gebucht, aber das ist uns erst später aufgefallen, also selbst schuld, haben wir nicht reklamiert (geht ja auch nicht um den Betrag). Nehmt Hausschuhe mit (die ausgeschriebenen waren nicht vorhanden), sonst sind die Füße sofort schmutzig. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gute Anbindung mit Bus und Metro in der Nähe, Vatikan fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt fanden wir die Unterkunft OK.

Der Check-In-Vorgang ging über Telefon gut, aber nur, weil Alessandro zurückgerufen hat. Ansonsten wären die Kosten zu hoch gewesen. Das Zimmer war voll ausreichend. Alles war praktisch und in Ordnung. Nur die Hinterhofgeräusche in der Nacht waren absolut störend. Alessandro war freundlich und Dimitri als Service absolut in Ordnung. Ich war zufrieden.
