    Excellent location, kind staff

    Location is very good. Very close to the Colosseum. Very close to Cavour metro station. Hotel is very simple and clean. When I checked in the receptionist they asked me which side of the building I would like my room at. The staff is very friendly. Great value for my money. I recommend it!

    Terribly horrible

    I stayed for a night, but my stay in this hotel was horrible. I checked in late night, due to my travel. The room ac was not working and specially the manager and the staffs are behaving very rudely. It's a horrible experience for me.
