The location of Hotel was very good. The staff behaviour was very nice.

The entire check-in process was a nightmare. Apparently, the front desk didn’t have my booking details with them. I had to share 3 different receipts from my travel agency (makemytrip. Com) with confirmed vouchers. Fortunately, i also had an email exchange with the hotel staff a few days before my travel, so that same as a proof too that i indeed had a reservation. Apparently, my booking showed as cancel-led there (don’t know how, and not my problem either, and eventually i was assigned a room since there was one available. Don’t know how the situation would have been, had there been none available. Lastly, since i had a long walk from the station with heavy luggage, and then had to wait for 20-25 mins before i eventually got a room, i was sweating profusely, i asked for a glass of water. I was plain and simple told that the front office doesn’t have it and i would need to walk down to the bar if i needed to have water. So kuch for the hospitality, and unfortunately my beginning experience too started on a rather rough note. Thank goodness for all the other good factors (nicely built rooms, good housekeeping, excellent location) that i still walked out after my stay with a smile.
