Beautiful stay in a beautiful location. We would definitely go back and recommend anyone to visit and stay. Close enough to Orvieto, 10min drive, and surrounding day trips to other cities, wineries etc.

It was so peaceful at the resort. It’s 3 miles outside the city wall and there are 3 taxis in town but if you reserve ahead of time, there are no issues going back and forth. Everyone was so kind and after being in some crazy chaotic touristy areas, it was nice to be somewhere calm. The room was incredible and the bed was so comfortable! Everything was beautiful and would stay again!

I like that the place is beautiful, cozy The views are spectacular, you can relax, what I didn't like is that if you want to eat you have to get in the car and drive, it would be good if they had some kind of snacks,

Room was comfortable and very clean. The views are pastoral and beautiful. The breakfast was very disappointing compared to other places we’ve stayed in the area. Not having a good freshly brewed coffee is a shame especially in Italy!

Great welcome at checkin, appreciated restaurant ideas for Orvieto, and enjoyed delicious breakfast next morning. We liked the separate outside entrances to rooms, and stunning views of countryside. Grazie mille — good choice for our way from Florence to Rome!

Beautiful location. Nicely designed, modern room in a historic stone building. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bath with quality fixtures. Easy 10-minute drive to Orvieto.

This was such a lovely property with unique yet well-equipped rooms, a delightful host, and amazing views. I’m so glad we were able to stay here. There’s only one restaurant within walking distance which was fully booked, but we were able to get a cab and have a delicious dinner in the beautiful old downtown area. Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay, gracious hosts. Quiet country location is ~10 minutes from Orvieto. Only negative: WiFi was frequently inaccessible, but that certainly wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

There is a lot of beautiful options in Tuscany and this location has nothing to offer. The view is nice but nothing special compared to the general areas. Very difficult to reach and no amenities/shops around. We arrived late and was rushing to head to the last dinner option at a nearby resort. We felt pressured by the owner to upgrade to a “suite” despite saying no multiple times for the cost of 30% more. At the end we gave in, however the so-called suite is a small standard size room, bare, with a small leather sofa which we couldnt use for sleeping anyway (the main reason for the pressure was 1 adult and 2 children), the shower door is broken. We wanted to change back to original booking (sleep 3) but it was so late and we wouldnt make it to dinner. Breakfast offer was poor, with stale bread and the worst meat and cheese in our entire italy trip (given the location we would expect that some local farm food would make sense rather than cheap supermarket selection) We were there for only 12 hours.

Great location with absolutely beautiful view. The room was decorated with style. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. A bit disapppointed with room cleaning, but overall wonderful experience.

This resort was pretty far from the city of Orvieto. The hostess was really quite sweet, but we were not thrilled with the order of this place and the common area was not awesome. It was okay.

Beautiful view from architecturally unique hotel built on cliff. Spacious, quiet room decorated modern Italian. Bit far from Orvieto and any amenities. Need taxi (expensive and possibly overcharged). Special honeymoon pajama pants went missing after room was cleaned. Disappointed with that, otherwise it’s a great place to stay!
