Amazing ambience, great value for money, cool people from Around the world and no nonsense rules and guidelines as in Venice main City. Sit outside next to canal and spend all night there is you wish to.

A great view also means getting across to the main areas can be expensive as the hostel is on the other side of the canal. The hostel itself is super pretty and the rooms are nice and cozy.

Great location. No common space - as they have in house bar. Rest staff is co-operative.

Worst Generator hostel in terms of all aspects. No ac, no hot water, poor hospitality, always there is some confusion at the reception. I was assigned one room and was asked to change in the middle of the night to another room.

Worst hostel stay ever

My hostel booking was automatically cancelled by the hotel and I wasn't provided any reason except that my card was invalid. I gave them the same card for booking my room again and it worked. Plus I had a confirmation which they didn't agree to also I had booked for 2 nights and they gave me only 1 night booking the next day. So all in all a very horrible experience as I had to find another hotel at the last moment.
