It was nice stay. Staff was very polite. Shuttle buses run on time. We enjoyed our stay.

The location of Hotel is good. Free Airport shuttle is provided. Rooms were clean and all necessary items were available in The room.

No warm welcome with any welcome drink. Leave apart welcome drink no water even was asked, no attendant to drop the luggage to your room, no complimentary water bottle even in the room and on asking via front office was told to go on the 1st floor and get it. No heating or any heater in the room even after weather being so cold. Complicated/old shower mixers so water very cold or water very hot. Although mentioned as Friday to be a holiday for the massage parlor still it was closed. Only and only Japanese food available in the breakfast buffet, so had to wait to reach the airport and then do all the check-in and security check and then have breakfast. Won't go again for sure as a complete waste of money.
