Me & my wife were on vacation in Tokyo and stayed at Sunroute Shinjuku for 5 nights. Quick & Smooth checkin process and we were in our room in mins. Hotel location is near to Train/metro stations, AirPort Express bus terminal that makes it very convenient to move around the city. Shibuya, Meiji, Harajuku are all quite close and we cud walk easily to visit these places. Lot of options nearby for food including several convenience stores (7/11, FamilyMart, Lawson). Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Strong recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo.

100% customer self service right from checkin, self pick up toileteries to checkout. Extremely strict about checkin and checkout time ( not one minute before or after given checkin and checkout time is allowed). I wish they were more helpful in calling a cab for me to tokyo station (something i had informed them via email before arriving in japan. They seemed too clueless about calling taxi for a guest.

Also, now you have a direct shortcut to the latest shopping mall from the Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku. Hotel is very clean and is catering to tourist. Rooms themselves are small but very efficient use of space. Neat and tidy with all amenities.

The location was excellent, the Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku is a brief walk from the train station and had all the amenities required. There are many restaurants in the area and a very good 7-11 shop as well. The rooms are clean and functional and the Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku WiFi is very strong. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Good last minute shopping options around the Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku. property is clean and well maintained. a lot of Japanese food to try out for breakfast. Staff were courteous and cheerful, ready to help and guide you around Tokyo.

We had a beautiful stay at sun route plaza. Located very close to major metro lines and shopping areas. Rooms were good too. Small, but expected given tokyo standards. Overall a good option and good value for money.

The Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku is near to well metro and JR railway. Shinjuku is one of the best place for tourist and on weekend the place is buzzing. Many restaurants are nearby and also there is shuttle bus for pick and drop from airport at reasonable price.

The location of the Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku is very convenient and close to the shinjuku station. The breakfast is good but repetitive. The staff (reception and cleaning) is helpful and understanding.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Very well located in central Tokyo. Close to Metro, JR and all other trains from Shinjuku station. Easily reachable from Narita & Haneda Airports via Airport Limousine. Rooms are right size for 2. Very clean. All facilities available. Loved my stay. Will visit again.

Good rooms. Smooth and automated check in and checkout process. It has direct limousine bus service to and from narita/haneda airport. Good shopping and food area around.
