The location is good but the staff can’t talk much english rooms are compact bathrooms are really small compared to other hotels

The room i saw on the picture and the bed size it's opposite the bed and the room space is to short better if you mention the size of the bed and the room by square meter thanks.

The Hotel chain is great, but the inability of staff to communicate almost made me Miss my bus to Airport

There was only one person at the reception in the morning and he could barely speak english and could understand me. The lady, who was really smart, at the reception day before booked a taxi for me and got a time slot for me. The guy on the other hand no clue about it in the morning and rebooked a taxi for me when I went to inquire about the taxi, in-fact he didn't even know where the bus stand was and unable to find the printed document available at the reception about the taxi and bus schedule. The taxi got late and even the taxi guy had no clue about the bus stand. And then the receptionist disappeared without resolving anything and I had to use Google to explain it to the driver. Almost made it to the bus by a minute.
