Good rooms but not good staff

The rooms were very good and the entire RIHGA Royal Hotel Tokyo was nice and good for a vacation. But the staff was not upto the mark. The staff is very cold and non english speaking. The worst part was, that they charged me for breakfast of my child, even when it was mentioned in the receipt that the breakfast was paid for. Non english speaking staff at a reception of an international destination is a big no-no

Very spacious room. Elegant. Classy property. Worthwhile. Service isn't their strength. But barring service, they offer nearly everything.
