Nice property and nice location. Better for new person who visit to almaty. As this hotel location provides all the necessary stuff you need during travel. Had a nice and pleasant stay. Also tours are starting from this place only.

The staff was good but only despite seeing the money exchange in the hotel facilities the hotel staff regret its presence. May be the same has not updated in the mmt. Also the charges fixed by mm t not final the additional 1500 tinge of charge is taken by the hotel staff

Good location but average hotel

To start with the positives, the location of the hotel is really nice with very close to metro, bus stops and major attractions. Also, the hotel room price is very reasonable compared to other hotels. Now the negatives, the internet never worked for all the 4 days. The rooms were a bit gloomy and dark. The gym was really bad. The breakfast buffet was average.

The quality of rooms was very poor
the breakfast was very bad. Washroom not working properly. 4 star property with zero hospitality not a all recommended for indians and anyone. Bad experience

Looks of hotel is good but not worthy of the amount and i will also like to caution everyone who visits khazaksthan because everyone is cheating minded there and they feel racist.

Bathroom not upto the mark

Bathroom was not upto the mark. Shower is falling off. The flush is making noise. Not refilled the water bottle next day.

Stinky rooms, rude staff

We stayed for 3 nights, the room size and cleanliness was decent however it had stubborn smoke odour. The staff were very rude and could barely speak english. They don’t have a functional kitchen except for breakfast-7 to 10am. Good points- location of the hotel, and the breakfast spread was nice. Would not recommend for a longer stay.

Room was small in size and curtains were old, small and were damaged at many places. The breakfast was below average and not tasty at all. Reception doesn't have c type charger to charge the mobiles of indians as rooms charging points doesn't support indian android mobiles.

Behavior of receptionist is rude specially one manager. Very bad experience with that staff looks he don’t like tourists visit his country
