I had the pleasure of staying at BEST WESTERN PLUS ASTANA best western plus and the experience was good. The best part is its location, which is situated very close to the most of the beautiful places to visit in the city. The rooms were clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained with fresh towels and toiletries provided daily. The breakfast needed a little improvement as they had the same breakfast menu daily. The service at the BEST WESTERN PLUS ASTANA was good and the staff were friendly, courteous and willing to help. Overall, my stay was good and i would definitely recommend this BEST WESTERN PLUS ASTANA to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

The location of the BEST WESTERN PLUS ASTANA is fantastic as it is near Nurzhol Boulevard also close to Beyterek Tower & Presidential palace. The staff is courteous and helpful. Food is good. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The staff was excellent. Desk staff that is. They went out of the way to help us getting taxi and explaining to driver in russian language. Only issue was for packed vegetarian breakfast they gave us fruits and some cucumbers. That is too much of hospitality
