Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel

As a frequent visitor (monthly once from last one year) I feel it is my second home at Nairobi. They warmth you get from the staff right from the time you step in at the reception till the last minute of check-out is amazing and excellent. The prices has a slight increase recently but the delicacies are more now. The recent renovation has helped in the looks and cozy beds give you the much needed rest after your long days. I would certainly recommend as one of the preferred places when you are visiting Nairobi. With location very close to CBD (walkable distance of 200 meters), You cannot think of any other place apart from this. Hopefully will be visiting them again soon.

The location is perfect. At the city center with all amenities easily available at a stone's trow away. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Great place to stay at for a shirt trip. The stay is value for money. Highly recommend the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel for guests travelling first time to Kenya. The staff makes the stay comfortable and inducts you into the culture if the country. Just a tip: Check the working if the A/C before moving into the room. Else, ask for a ln additional fan. The staff is more than willing to help!

The Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel is good, neat and clean. Staff is good and courteous. Amongst the positive points is the Indian cuisine, both in room service menu and part of buffet breakfast. The cons are- smaller room size as compared to other Best Western Plus Meridian Hotels of same category. Secondly, the curtains of the rooms need a makeover as it reflected that they have gone old. Overall a decent and value for money Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel.

Restaurant serves good food, including Indian dishes. The rooms were clean and well kept. There is a swimming pool and restaurant on the top floor. The Central Market is five minutes' walk and there is a taxi stand right outside the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel. The staff were extremely courteous. The room charges are moderate and affordable.

Excellent at affordable Price and safe location. The food was good with multiple course options. Nice night life. Great Time. Lots of Indian people can also be spotted.

The Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel has much improved and needs little more improvement. Services are good. Needs better TV channels both for western. Asian and European travelers. The Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel can also improve its breakfast options and restaurant options. Overall very good Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel.

The Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel is nice place to stay at Nairobi with very friendly staff. The security is good. Location is in the center of city with all Government & Corporate offices nearby. They have a nice restaurant with delicious food. Room service is 24 hours. Staff is too caring for the guests.

Loved the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel, even though found little bit expensive for 3 star Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel as the breakfast is not included for 6200 rs per night. Location is perfect, safe for morning walk. And for business, KICC is 15 mins far on foot (1. 2 km). Local staff is supportive.

The service and location is excellent, Especially the chef Rahul was really helpful for preparing us Indian food. The location is in the centre of the city and so that its very easy to move around the city. The rooms are really clean and well arranged.

My second time here and I Am glad I chose this Hotel again. I can't say enough for the excellent service of the staff. It's the people here that elevate this Hotel to what it is.

Good to stay for a short duration. Rooms are good and clean but small. Market s near. Kitchen is good. All varieties of foods are available. Nice place to hangout too. Parking no problem.

Excellent service. Room was small but cozy. Very good restaurant. Travel desk services are good but very expensive so better to hire from outside. If you want a romantic dinner get to the terrace by the pool .. It's super awesome especially on a full moon day.

We came back from hectic 7 days jungle safari and looking for relaxing holiday with good food and that is what we got in the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel. Cleaned room and very good breakfast buffet spread along with most courteous helpful service.

I have stayed here for 2 nights.. Not consecutive however.. Just overnight.. Perfect if you are going for a safari and you want to stay overnight after a tiring flight.. Amazing Indian Food.. Very courteous staff.

This is my 4th stay at the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel and I once again mention that this is a VALUE FOR MONEY HOTEL! The breakfast spread is decent and it will have at least one Indian item (Samosa or Boonda Vada). The net connection in the bedroom is decent for checking emails.

Spent just a night beteeen safaris. The room had everything we needed- good size, comfy bed, hot shower, complimentary water. Dinner at the restaurant was great, rich breakfast with live cooking chef, staff extremely polite.

Well priced in case of booking through travel sites.
Hotel was OK. Not any particular issues that could be mentioned.
