Excellent property on the lake shore. Lots of birds, zebras, waterbucks and hippos in the property. Rooms are nice and clean. The hospitality provided is very impressive. Food is excellent

Manager Mr. Naredra was very soft spoken and very cooperative. He and the Chef Mr. Anil took remarkable efforts to make my stay comfortable. Overall the stay was an excellent one.

Relax holiday

We came back from hectic 7 days jungle safari and looking for relaxing holiday with good food and that is what we got in the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel. Cleaned room and very good breakfast buffet spread along with most courteous helpful service.

Good to stay for a short duration. Rooms are good and clean but small. Market s near. Kitchen is good. All varieties of foods are available. Nice place to hangout too. Parking no problem.

Very pleasant stay

Spent just a night beteeen safaris. The room had everything we needed- good size, comfy bed, hot shower, complimentary water. Dinner at the restaurant was great, rich breakfast with live cooking chef, staff extremely polite.

Rooms were good and adequate and facilities were very clean. Gentle odour. The room had a nice view as well which close to the hustle and bustle of the city. They also provide assistance in guides and Tours for safari.

Restaurant serves good food, including Indian dishes. The rooms were clean and well kept. There is a swimming pool and restaurant on the top floor. The Central Market is five minutes' walk and there is a taxi stand right outside the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous. The room charges are moderate and affordable.

Excellent service. Room was small but cozy. Very good restaurant. Travel desk services are good but very expensive so better to hire from outside. If you want a romantic dinner get to the terrace by the pool .. It's super awesome especially on a full moon day.

The hotel is nice place to stay at Nairobi with very friendly staff. The security is good. Location is in the center of city with all Government & Corporate offices nearby. They have a nice restaurant with delicious food. Room service is 24 hours. Staff is too caring for the guests.

A little expensive compared to the hotel around the area. Ambiance is good. Rooms are impressive. Having located in the central traffic could be a hindrance in peak hours. Overall a very good place and offers a pleasant stay.

Second home at Nairobi

As a frequent visitor (monthly once from last one year) I feel it is my second home at Nairobi. They warmth you get from the staff right from the time you step in at the reception till the last minute of check-out is amazing and excellent. The prices has a slight increase recently but the delicacies are more now. The recent renovation has helped in the looks and cozy beds give you the much needed rest after your long days. I would certainly recommend as one of the preferred places when you are visiting Nairobi. With location very close to CBD (walkable distance of 200 meters), You cannot think of any other place apart from this. Hopefully will be visiting them again soon.

Hotel is very excellent. Staff is very cooperative. Food is great. Location and security is excellent. Very spacious neat clean rooms with all facilities. Very informative staff. Serves going beyond their rules to satisfy you.

Hotel was very good and staff also. And special thanks to Mr. Naveen and Sanjay who made good food for us and servant Mr. Paul who served the food with smile face. Last but not the least Miss Shaziya a good human being. I would like to visit again.
