Internet was down and the manager mr pone. Got me a SIM card to fix this problem for the entire trip due to that. This us very rare to find a manager to fix things like this on the spot.

I went to dinner and didn't bring Kips and they seem to make a big deal about it. Told them that i stay at the hotel and would pay during check out. There wasn't many people stay there. Probably because of the season. But i won't stay there again.

The latest stay on 19-11-2016 for 3 nights was my 9th time staying in this hotel. The ambience is suburb especially with the Mekong River right in front the hotel. Quieter during the day but goes alive every evenings with the numerous and busy food outlets along the river waterfront

I have to pay about $107.00 out of my pocket for 2 days because staffs claim not to receive the confirmation of booking from Expedia eventhough I show them the itinerary PDF for 4 days confirmation booking/payment & e-mail Expedia to send the booking confirmation to hotel e-mail.

It nice hotel ,but very noisy .the dining room not big enough for every one,I could not reserve a table for my self . I have to go eat some where else.

Good location on the river. Clean, simply furnished rooms. Somewhat indifferent staff. Reasonably priced.

Overall it was OK for one night. We were first given a room that had a terrible smell that wouldn't go away with AC for two hours, so they happily changed us. No views and simple ok breakfast...but nice view from the roof top restaurant.

Great location and very friendly staff. Language barrier a little hard with the staff. They are very helpful but english translation was a little hard.

동네여관수준의 서비스였고 딱 가격정도의 시설입니다. 침대는 편안했으나 핸드호스가없고 바퀴벌레를 보아서 영 만족스러운 숙박은 아니었어요
