I have no words to express and describe the experience we had in Galaxy. It was the best hotel experience of our lives. The service is impeccable, the whole place is Heaven. It has become the favourite place on earth for me. I am definitely going to Macao again only for a stay in the Galaxy. Our concierge Noel is the best service you can ask for, he is sweet, hospitable and incredibly handsome. I wish him all the best for his future.

The best hotel i have stayed ever. They thought of everything. From mobile charger in the room, machine to dry up your swim wear at the pool side toilet, amazing jacuzzi, free mini bars with crackers and cup noodles, gifts like hand soap and masks and branded toiletries in the room, hotel lobby hospitality, simply amazing.

Experience at galaxy hotel was truly amazing. The property is huge and extraordinary with loads of amenities and facilities to explore and enjoy. The best part about this property undoubtedly is its grand resort deck with one of the largest wave pool and water rides.

Beautiful place to stay. Worth every thing. Water wave pool, swimming, jacuzzi service excellent. Casino so huge. Rooms was good. Very nice surrounding. The water fountain show and free shuttle service to near bye.
