Galaxy Hotel

Well. Galaxy has surpassed our expectations in every manner. First we thought of the Venetian but at last moment we thought of The Galaxy considering that it is newly built and would be having all new amenities and luxuries and yes! We were right and got it right. Galaxy is far bigger, far better built and very well located. As couple we wanted to have all the feel of big casinos, big Galaxy Hotel and big rooms, The Grandeur and galaxy has got it all. We walked to the Venetian from Galaxy to check if we were right in choosing Galaxy and we thanked God that we were not just right we saved ourselves. As galaxy is I guess one of the finest five stars after Burj Al Arab Dubai. Cheers to the staff and everyone giving the world a great piece of art and luxury.

The Galaxy Hotel is just amazing and staying here was absolutely life long cherishing memory. Only one issue we had was the Galaxy Hotel had asked for deposit when we checked into the room and we had to pay by foreign currency card but when we checked out, they promised to reflect the amount in our account in 1 to 7 days. Its already 3 days and I do not see my account credited. Its not about the amount but the foreign currency had been blocked and I had to replenish it soon for my extended stay, though I had so much deposit amount which is awaited. I hope they process such deposits faster and not cause any inconvenience to the client.

The most luxurious Galaxy Hotel I ever stayed. Full marks on hospitality from check in to check out. The room was very good and hygiene with nice view. Most importantly we eat only Jain food and happy to say they treat us like their VIP guest. The only thing Jain people has to do is email to the Festiva Restaurant well in advance at least 4 to 5 days and they arrange Jain food for you. The chef Mr. kumar is from Delhi he personally prepared every dish for us. Every dish was yummy from salad to pasta, noodles, Indian and desserts all prepared specially for us. It was really a memorable stay here. In whole total value for money.

Fabulous luxury experience @ Macau. This Galaxy Hotel is part of a huge retail and hospitality space. Facilities like wave pool, water rides are wonderful. Went little early for check-in; they not only provided the room, but also upgraded the room to beautiful garden facing one. Excellent stay. Only difficulty we felt in Macau - not this Galaxy Hotel - was reg getting veg food. But the adjacent Venetian Galaxy Hotel has an option, though pricey.

Amazing place to stay, they are really Great in Hospitality, Service & Facilities. You can get variety of Restaurants. Good Shuttle service to few group of Galaxy Hotels and also various places in city. One can board the shuttle and get down in city to continue their tour from there. They are very helpful & polite. Can speak in English and you can also find few staff from India, who can talk in Hindi.

The Galaxy Hotel is Ala grande. There are so many activities happening all around you. The Galaxy Hotel is connected to a chain of five other Galaxy Hotels so it's a huge property and it's nearly impossible to cover the entire property in a day's time. The stay was worth ever penny and I felt that I could have extended my stay by atleast 2 more days.

Excellent Galaxy Hotel, the best Galaxy Hotel, my wife and I have been to! The staff responded very well to every request of ours, by far the best Galaxy Hotel we have been to! Would go back again and again, its fabulous. Food, service, staff, room, wave pool all I would say truly marvellous.

Located on the Cotai strip, its very close to Macau Ferry Terminal. Amazing property with courteous staff, stunning Galaxy Hotel lobbies, amazing Sky wave pool, good dining options, free mini bar for use. Very glamours casino which is open 24 hours. Free wifi in the rooms and public areas.

From the check-in at Diamond Lobby, to the tasteful suite, to the water facilities (rapids, wave pool), to restaurants and casino, it is the best Macau can offer. Free shuttle from ferry point makes it accessible.

Over all the Galaxy Hotel was good .!! But the rooms were little small as compare to venetian .!! But cleanliness was good moreover the facilities were also good .!! Its casino is also too good. But there is no indian restrurant .!!

Good experience. Diamond lobby show was great. Water park/ lazy river and wave pool were awesome . . Only minus : rooms smaller than some other similar Galaxy Hotels in Macau. Lack of Indian vegetarian options.

We went to the Galaxy Hotel after staying in Venetian. The good features of the Galaxy Hotel is Cleanliness of room, location, wave pool. The only thing missing is good restaurants with Indian food. Diamond lobby is amazing.

Awesome Galaxy Hotel very big and very beautiful from inside and outside. Excellent customer service. Recommend everyone travelling to Macau must stay in Galaxy Galaxy Hotel better than Venetian Galaxy Hotel. Best part is the sky deck swimming pools and whisky bar.

It was relaxed stay.. Ambiance was just perfect and view was awesome too.. Really enjoyed a lot.. But only sad part was I had to walk 2 times in a day to the next Galaxy Hotel as this Galaxy Hotel don't have any Indian restaurant within its vicinity..

Room was small but spacious at this price. It was a fantastic view room with complimentary mini bar in the room. Overall service and facilities were great. It's better to stay in Galaxy and visit Venetian for fun rather than staying in Venetian and paying double the amount.

Beautiful place to stay. Worth every thing. Water wave pool, swimming, jacuzzi service excellent. Casino so huge. Rooms was good. Very nice surrounding. The water fountain show and free shuttle service to near bye.

Hotel is superb the best one in Macau food option vegetarian is limited but they have a Indian retro so that is good swimming pool is awesome can stay for relaxation for two to three days. They have a shuttle service from anywhere to everywhere so it is quite convenient to travel.

Albeit price was on the high side, Galaxy Macau Hotel was really spectacular and grand. Upon arrival was greeted by the friendly staff and directed to the check-in counter. Staff were courteous, rooms were very clean as well. Highly recommended.
