We booked group stay 12 rooms for 24 persons… but they not given in same floors they given in five floors separate separate. Cutomer care response also not they all time very busy .

every where room cleaning charegs including accommodation charges, this is the first time I have bad and surprising experience regarding room cleaning charegs should pay extra. it's not intimation while booking the room. after stayed we came to know that we have to pay extra amount for room cleaning.

It was good experience. Location was just 3 km far from awana bus terminal. Food market are just nearby. You will get all needed amenities easily.

They don't provide water, if you required anything like an adapter or coffee mug then they asked us to buy it from mart. Please go for the hotels in ganting highlands. They doesn't respond on your question or msg

The views of the genting hills from the property are unbelievable! the food was tasty and the property is easily accessible, thereby making it convenient to get there.

Staying at windmills was terrible experience, washrooms were smelling terrible, no food options available near by, coming with family is always bad experience with this location

Stayed for a day and there was no proper response. May be the reason was because i have booked a standard room. Should have been better

The hotel didn't even provide water bottle not even small one there was no service available. They take the same charge as the booking for security deposit there are no restrooms available in the hotel lobby they asked us to use the restroom of another hotel above the place there is no privacy for the window it was very see through the entire place is visible for the persons walking through the corridor

Had a great stay at windmill upon hills in genting highlands. Hot pool on 41st floor was superb

It’s a wonderful place, very nice and simplistic. The room was clean and had all the services one could need. They are very strict with the check-in & check-out times, but the staff is supportive. Overall, definitely a good place to stay.
