DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur

I have stayed in Double Tree, which is a Hilton DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. This is situated inside Intermark Mall and is walk-able from Petronas Twin Towers. You will always see a rush of guests in this DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur and there will be a queue to stand for to go to reception. The front desk has very courteous staff. My flight was early and I have already placed a request for early check-in. Based on the availability they have given me the room at 10 am, 5 hours prior to the actual booking starts. As I was travelling with a kid, this was really helpful for me. Rooms were decent with all modern amenities and Petronas Twin Towers was visible from my 26th floor. Room staff were very courteous and they could speak Hindi other than the local languages. They have two restaurants. Breakfast was served in Makan with Indian/Chinese/continental and Italian varieties. Hotel has a concierge desk as well to support for travel. Grab is available in the main lobby to transport anywhere. My overall stay was good and I will suggest this DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur in KLCC area.

We had booked 3 rooms for a 5-night stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. We were welcomed with some cookies which were really delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed good quality sleep in the rooms. The breakfast was great with multiple options to suit all tastes and included Western, Malaysian, Indian cuisines. The location was very convenient as the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is within a mall, which is attached to a commercial office space. Hence it was easy to grab a bite in the restaurants (several types including fine dine, local cuisine, McDonald and KFC) and food court in the basement floor (BBQ nights which served Indian/Pakistani food). There was also a large supermarket (Jaya Grocer), family mart for knick-knacks, Watson and also a pharmacy. Major attractions such as KLCC, KL Tower (Menara), Petronas Tower were a couple of kms away from the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. Overall we were satisfied with our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

We had the best experience of our life staying at the Double Tree Room. Thanks to Calvin and due to prior information we got a early check in, which was necessary after a long journey. The cookie at check in is too yummy. The morning breakfast buffet at Makan is one of the best buffet we have eaten in recent times. The noodle section was my favorite. I had daily calls regarding any problems or any help required by me. The hospitality and respect shown is really soothing if you compare the number of people residing at the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The Intermark, where the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is located is itself a mall initial self, and lot of food joints are available. Thanks to MakeMyTrip for providing me the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur at such a rate that value for money is 100 percent. Try it for once if you are going to Kuala Lumpur.

I booked two rooms for my family and stayed 3 days from October 28th to 31st. The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. Staff is all so courteous and we felt safe and home. Breakfast is plenty and 3 days won't be enough for someone like me to savor every nice and mouthwatering dish they have in the breakfast spread. Actually, for breakfast they had different selections based on countries their guests are from. I had Indian as well as all other country dishes too. I got an apology compliment with strawberry and chocolates for the late delivery of my luggage to my room. The only negatives were bath area tiles are little slippery and floor mats should be laid outside toilet and toilet doors once got locked from outside. Aside from those relatively minor things, the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur was quiet and comfortable. I and my family really loved it.

First off all, I had 1 month in advance asked for the top most floor and an amazing view, along with flowers. Since it was my honeymoon. On arrival, we were provided with a basic room on the 17 th floor and shoved a cookie at the check in and one one. Walked through about KL. Later on after spending a a good chuck on taxi, did we find out the sky walk, which connected everything that was disappointment. later on asking the help desk, who was very very helpful the room was moved to the 27 floor. Never used the pool, which was shadowed by the neighbouring buildings. Breakfast was good later on the manger apologized for the inconvenience caused and as way of saying thank gave a cookie jar to my wife. Amazing place to stay but the staff need more training on check ins especially if you are folk down, tired and jet lagged.

The location of the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is quite good as it's walking distance to the petronas towers. The breakfast spread has many options and well arranged. The pool and the fitness centre are also well laid out. The only problem i faced was with check in, because even though rooms were available, the front desk staff made us wait for over more than an hour which was tiresome as we were exhausted after a long flight and had a child with us too. They did try to make us comfortable by providing welcome drink and great cookies. However i think the staff should show more empathy towards the guests. Service also is a little slow. Overall though i will recommend this DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

It was good stay. The DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is inside a mall - not on the side but inside. Quality rooms, a massive breakfast, nice swimming pool and good services overall. Only thing weird was malaysia as a country charges tourism tax and you need to pay myr 10 per room per night additional. Also the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur charges a few ringgits for getting plates and spoons to your room even with the food order. They call it tray charge. It was odd paying for both these charges, but otherwise it was a good stay. Being inside the mall was extremely convenient as you could go to starbucks, local restaurants, salon, spa, clothes shopping and pharmacy.

Stayed at Double Tree Kuala Lumpur in may 2019 with family. Hotel is conveniently located in close proximity of the twin towers and adjoining malls. The DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur itself has a Inter-mark shopping mall of 3 floors plus 2 level basement housing of shops, food Cafes and groceries. The mac Donald's is 24 hours and convenient of late night dinner. The rooms are spacious and service is top class. The buffet breakfast is wide and tasty and the restaurant can accommodate approx 100 guests at a time. The facilities like gym, swimming pool, spa, meeting rooms are good. Its a value for money with 5 star luxury.

Excellent leaving & good DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur with almost all facility at a reasonable room rent, however check in time should be 12 noon. Atmoshphere of DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur was as per requirement of the season. Money exchanger was bit higher than market rate, that requires to look into

The best DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur for stay but they need to improve food taste. Maximum food average compared with street food.

Nice Hotel in good location with mall attached to it and with very good indian breakfast buffet spread and twin tower and LRT is on walking distance so overall very good experience

The staff was friendly, service was good, amenities were great and well maintained. There is access to malls and the nearest train station is just across the road. Live music is played every night except Sundays. (Even singers need rest :-) Overall, the stay was awesome.

It is centrally located. Th fur l rt is only 3 min walk through a fob. The most famous twin tower is only at next station.

After 5 days of touring in Singapore, we checked in to the Hotel. We were exhausted from the tour but when we checked into the Hotel we felt so relaxed. The room was great. The facilities provided were awesome.

Excellent location, walking distance from petronas tower. Ground floor has shopping centre, super market and cafe. Also kfc is there so no need to worry about food. Download grab app for local taxi requirement. You will get online invoices.

The Hotel is located in Intermark mall and it is just few minutes drive to the city centre, the breakfast is amazing especially the muesli and eggs, they welcomed us with hot cookies at the time of the check-in, it was a sweet gesture, the concierge guys finding us taxi at the entrance were rude.

Wide spread best with multi cuisine.
Very good location. Well connected to bus and metro Station. Wide spread beast.
