I went with my family to celebrate the New year. The Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre location and the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre both were excellent. KLCC is around 15 minutes walk from the overhead walkway. You can also enjoy the night life in the Bukit Bintang which is just 5 minutes walk from the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre. You can see the Petronas tower from the room. The higher the floor the better it is. Their buffet breakfast was really nice and they had a wide range of choices. The staff was very polite and was very eager to help. Some things they can improve on: The Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre bathroom doesn't have a lock. the toilet set is very low so its very uncomfortable for tall people. the flush is very slow you need to hold the flush for sometime which is a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom had a glass shower partition and a bath tub. Overall a wonderful stay in this Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Got this Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre under a super saver deal from makemytrip. Stayed only for a night and how I wished we could stay longer! Excellent hospitality, all your needs are taken care of by the concierge. Helpful staff always greets with a smile. The buffet breakfast is a wide spread multi cuisine affair that should not be missed. Hotel location is superb. Everything is close by be at restaurants, malls, money changers etc. Also, try their spa services as they are on good discounts and absolutely relaxing and refreshing. Totally recommended!!

We really enjoyed the stay in Hotel Istana. It was our first time in Kuala Lumpur and we booked this Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre purely based on the reviews on TripAdvisor and it was the best decision we made in our trip. We stayed for 4 nights from 24th June to 28th in the club suite and we got a room on the 20th floor. The view from our view was fantastic. We were been in many 5 star Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centres before but the experience in Istana is unique. We experienced the next level hospitality in Istana. The staff are really good.

Excellent old five star property in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. Worth every penny for the luxurious and spacious rooms they provide. An average deluxe room is the size of a suite in other Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centres valued much lower probably the property is old built in 1992. Food is good and all important places like the Petronas towers, Jalan Alor are in walking distance. The monorail station is very near so better take it the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre taxi would cost 220 RM and the monorail 2 R that is quite a difference.

Situated in the heart of, Petronas twin towers is located at a walking distance from the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Aquaria, KL Tower and Bukit Bintang are very close to the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Hotel staff is very courteous and helped us with transport to various sightseeing areas. Breakfast spread is of variety and excellent food. Room amenities are also various except that the shower wasn't working properly and Bath tub too high, would be difficult for any aged person to get into the tub.

The welcome at the reception once you check in is excellent. The front office staff are extremely cordial and so hospitable. They are pleasing and very courteous. During our stay at the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre, the other staff are also hospitable and score a high on customer delight. Though the rooms are slightly old(especially the rest rooms), the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre scores a high overall. It is also centrally located and easily accessible to all types of transportation.

I stayed in Istana Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre for 2 days when I was in Kuala Lumpur on a business trip. Pretty good Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre with excellent location where you find lots of good shopping malls and nice tourist places like petronas tower which you can actually see from the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre room itself. Breakfast was excellent with multiple cuisines and service was good. Overall it was a very good experience. I will recommend it for others.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Istana. We were a family of 2 adults and three children. The initial response to the mails we sent for inquiring about the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre was very good. They gave us a room on the 12th floor. It was a good room. The buffet breakfast had a variety of continental and Indian dishes. Their hospitality was excellent. The only thing I can say now about the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre is that I am coming back after 4 months.

Comfortable Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre with reasonably sized rooms. Breakfast menu is good and breakfast spread is pretty decent to keep you filled till late afternoon. Choice for indian food is limited but then who wants to eat indian food when travelling abroad? Airport pick-up & drop service is good. Overall a nice choice with decent Value for money.
