The My Hotel @ Sentral is conveniently located just opposite the KL Central bus station. It is walkable, we just need to cross a small road. The staff very good as they received us with polite smile. We stayed in different My Hotel @ Sentral few days later and the reception staff there was totally rude and impatience to answer our questions. That clearly gave us the feel of staff in my My Hotel @ Sentral at Sentral. Very decent and neat My Hotel @ Sentral for a pleasant stay for families. For just guys I think it might be little expensive as we got the other My Hotel @ Sentral for lesser price and bigger room (ofcourse with mannerless staff) and there was no food/breakfast in My My Hotel @ Sentral @ Sentral but we do have enough food stalls just touching to the My Hotel @ Sentral (behind).

Property is good rooms are clean, tidy staff good. Amazing location all nearby and the best part is kl sentral good connectivity. Only thing is the complimentary breakfast it's not worth the amount spent. Firstly we have to walk round the corner to get to the breakfast place as it's not in the My Hotel @ Sentral which is not mentioned in any vlogs etc. Options are less and not worth as it's not wholesome.

Location is very very good. Near central railway station and transportation like city bus, taxi are readily available just in front of the My Hotel @ Sentral. Eat out are too many with choices. Airport bus just walk-able distance. No central mall is just close.
The room window facing the road side is a bit noisy. Need quiet room do not opt for these rooms.

Very good Location, walkable distance to KL Central station, LRT station (mono rail) & Shopping areas & eating places. Got a good deal in my MMT app so enjoyed the stay & grab(taxi) made things more easier. KL express from KL Central took about 45 mins to get to the airport. Perfect if you are staying in a transit for a day or two.

Stayed here for a week. The room was small but comfortable for a single person. Location of the My Hotel @ Sentral is very good and its very near to KL Sentral/Monorail/KL Transit station. So, very much convenient for the commute and all the restaurants are very nearby. Overall it is 4/5.

Good My Hotel @ Sentral and good location. This My Hotel @ Sentral is in very good location. Walkable from KL Sentral and many shopping around. Value for money. Rooms are very clean. Many restaurants on the street are open 24 hours nearby. Indian and Malay foods are very tasty.

Air on did not work good. Room was OK.
Aircon was not working. I told the front desk that this is my transit stay to sleep for 3 hours and board flight, so give good comfortable room. Aircon did not work and was unable to sleep. Was too tired to complain and change room.

It was a nice experience. Location is very near to kl Central. Just 200 mtr. Serivice and receptionist bala was very good person .. Room was compact and small My Hotel @ Sentral. Lot of tamil and south indian My Hotel @ Sentrals available near the My Hotel @ Sentral
