Almost perfect!

I was a solo traveler and had a really good experience with the stay. Room was quite big with all amenities including Kitchenette, Safe locker, and a very comfortable bed. I had breakfast and dinner and the food was quite good here. However, rice was not so great considering I am a South Indian. This would have been a 5 star for me if the staff have shown more hospitality on my arrival. I already had a delayed flight and was quite tired by the time I reached Pacific Regency Hotel Suites, however I had to wait for 90mins to get my room past my check-in hour. When I asked the staff the response was not so welcoming, he asked me to wait and he doesn't know how long it might take. Another set back is the Kitchen did not have any utensils in it, and neither did the fridge. It's very near to city center, Petronas Towers, and a bunch of pubs on the way. Would definitely recommend this Pacific Regency Hotel Suites to my friends and I would for sure stay here if I visit Malaysia again.

Amazing stay. We had stayed for 5 days from 18, 22 may. This is right next to the Minara tower comprising of the tower, mini zoo, mini aquarium, and upside down house. Even Personas tower, KLCC Park and KLCC Aquatica is at a walking distance about 1. 2-1. 5 kms. Few good pubs at walking distance. Close to the central market and Chinatown. Grab taxi is just a booking away. Download the app and pay by cash. Hotel has a variety of breakfast. Very courteous staff and impeccable service. Rooms are large and has a good view of kL skyline. Overall a very pleasant stay. Just one point to note while check-in, we have to deposit out of which some amount is refunded back at time to checkout and rest ring git is kept.

Ideal location which is right opposite kuala lumpur tower and just 1. 5 kilometres from petronas twin towers. Fast food options including 7eleven, mcdonald's, & burger king are at 5-10 mins walking distance which makes it a perfect stay for a quick visit to kl. The property is old but still quite comfortable and classy. The deluxe king bed room is spacious with sufficient storage space in cabinets, cupboard, and work desk. Staff is polite although housekeeping/room services like towels, water bottles etc required multiple calls. Special shoutout to linda at the front desk for being cordial and helpful ) i had a pleasant stay overall and would absolutely recommend!

I stayed here from 12th to 15th July. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Very close to KL Tower and Bukit Bintang. Nice support staff, good hospitality. I want to say a big thank you to the staff for understanding and solving my problem. My flight was at 2 am-midnight on 18th July and I came from Genting Highlands at 7:30 pm and wanted to keep my luggage somewhere for some time to have dinner and some shopping outside. Despite my check out on 15th July, they agreed to keep my luggage for some time on 18th July. I could easily go outside with no tension of luggage and was able to do some shopping for my parents. A very big thank you!! Keep up the good work!!

Awesome stay. Courteous staff, proximity to places of attraction like KLCC, KL Tower, Petronas twin towers, Bukit Bintang etc makes it Worth place to stay. The in house travel desk is really helpful since they can arrange for entry tickets/sightseeing in almost no time and greatly reduces the standing time queue. Front desk representative was kind enough to allow us for a delayed checkout on our request. Lack of variety in breakfast buffet is the only improvement area that we would like to highlight. Thanks for the hospitality and making our stay memorable.

This Pacific Regency Hotel Suites is located next to KL tower and you can explore many other tourist attractions by walk from this place. I really liked the view from my room (30th floor) and didn't feel like going out. However, it took nearly 30 minutes to check in at 11:30 pm which can be reduced by adding additional resources. It's really difficult to stand in the queue after a long travel. Also, the receptionist (28th Jan'18 at 10:30 am) was not co-operative when I wanted to unlock my Elevator access card. Overall, the Pacific Regency Hotel Suites is cool and value for money.

Three nights I have stayed with family. They have accepted my early check in request and it was helpful. The location is very near to all main tourist location in Kuala Lumpur but the Pacific Regency Hotel Suitess swimming pool is very bad and need to be maintained quickly the rooftop view is awesome and I can't consider this Pacific Regency Hotel Suites as excellent max to max it's a good Pacific Regency Hotel Suites. And no slippers at room when I ask they said they will deliver but they haven't.

Just opposite to kl tower, the location of the Pacific Regency Hotel Suites is very convenient and the Hotel is very popular so that taxis are available from all directions. Petronas is 15 mins by walking and the Pacific Regency Hotel Suites room was very spacious with a separate kitchen unit within the room. The only problem is that the staffs response is a bit delayed. The food and restaurant is bit expensive and have less option. But on the whole, the stay was very comfortable.

This Pacific Regency Hotel Suites is located near kl tower and is also close to petronas tower. We could also spot many awesome restaurants and night pubs nearby. Hotel is also great and rooms were perfect. We were upgraded to a higher category.

We booked one room suite there and travelled in Feb 2018. We really enjoyed the stay there. Pool, food, room service all are great. Hotel staff is very supportive. Hotel location is really very good, its walking distance away from KL tower. Overall a great experience
