The PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur has got the basics perfectly covered. Lovely, spacious rooms with all needed facilities and luxuries, superb wifi coverage, efficient housekeeping, nice facilities, good location and a helpful and accommodative front desk. The only problem they have is the horrid breakfast staff. Breakfast spread is ok though and can be lived with but the staff, on top of being rude and obnoxious and are ready to gouge food out of your mouth at exactly 10:30am (apparently that's the timing of breakfast). They will willingly throw food down the drain rather than let you complete within a couple of minutes. Did not see this treatment being meted out to the Europeans / Arabs etc. Pan Pacific group really needs to provide some sensitivity training to the 2 ladies at the breakfast desk. Seems like either they were trainees or on notice period, ready to showcase the worst of Malaysian hospitality I would highly recommend staying at this PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur, but please avoid the breakfast service at all costs. There are a lot of decent options within 200m of the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur.

Really happy to share the experience of our stay in park royal serviced suites, kll. 1. The location: it is in the heart of the city and so convenient - a 7x11 near the entrance (next door, food stalls, restaurants just across the street. 2. The staff - from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcomed. The professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with all our inquiries and requests truly stood out. A big thanks goes to them. 3. The room was spacious and very clean with an array of carefully thought-out amenities that greatly enhanced our comfort and convenience. 4. The breakfast- tasty and the variety of options available was truly impressive. I give a 10/10 for this serviced suite. I strongly recommend park royal serviced suites to all the people coming to kll.

The PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur is really well maintained. I loved the room, it had 2 big windows, from where I got an awesome view of the city. Location is very nice as the party places as well as lots of eateries are very close. On a Weekend, you would just see the place transforming into a fun party lane. It has many convenience stores nearby so basically you got everything you need. The only part, I wish could get better is the breakfast buffet. The food is good but variety is really limited. I stayed in many business PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpurs and hence I can compare. Also the breakfast area is small and you would have to wait to get a table. The room dining menu is limited too.

Even the famous club road and jalan alor is 5 min walk from the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur with seven 7 store outside the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur whoch is convenient to purchase. The PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur is not having restaurant as the grab and food panda app is available for orders and you can order anything. There is no restrictions on outside food. The PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur provide u cutlery utensils and everything u need in room which makes it more convenient to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at parkroyal serviced suites. Location is excellent as it is close to petronas towers, aquaria, kl tower, pavilion mall, berjaya times square, etc. We were upgraded to 2 bedroom suite on our arrival from which we were able to see the kl tower, the room was aesthetically & functionally perfect with amenities like fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bath tub, 3 rooms + 1 living room, complimentary car park, etc. We even enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool & jacuzzi tubs. The check-in and check-out process too was super fast and smooth. Will definitely recommend staying here.

The room is quite spacious with attached kitchen. Very well maintained. Well thought out interiors. After a long stay elsewhere we were happy to use the launderette services. They have a well maintained swimming pool and a gym. The sky pool and the steam room were under maintenance. The lounge was quite clean and we can use for business purposes. Overall great experience. Felt the breakfast spread could be better. Can also consider reducing the single use plastic by replacing plastic bottles with reusable glass bottles and having water filters. Overall a great stay

The best part of the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur is it's location. It's in the centre of the City. The rooms are one of the best you can get within a very very reasonable budget. The only thing missing was the indian breakfast in the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur. But the location is such that you actually can walk and have plenty of options you want to enjoy your food. The staff is very cooperative. If I get a chance to visit Malaysia again it will remain as my first and only choice to stay.

Good for families, centrally located, Indian food restaurant nearby, 24/7 restaurant also available opposite PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur, laundromat is not good even after 2 cycles did not dry clothes completely, staff was unaware of who does the dishes in the apartment thankfully the housekeeping did the dishes (as is the norm in all apartment PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpurs across the world I have stayed in), tourist attractions are at walking distance.

Excellent stay of 6 nights in Park royal Serviced suited, very clean and marvelous location. Room size is one of the part of the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur which I liked most and the rooftop swimming pool. Good stay thanks a lot team.

The food in Malaysia is yummy. I have been in many restaurants that serve chinese and Japanese food. All were awesome and value for money. The view from PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur was awesome. Patron tower, Chinatown, Jalan alor pavilion mall bath cave then how temple, Butterfly Park, KL tower all were very beautiful. Please visit Malaysia.

Centrally located and well connected. Proximity to Indian restaurants and stores which sell Indian stuff. Very comfortable apartments with basic amenities for cooking, re-heating, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a very comfortable experience.

The rooms were spacious and excellent view with all full fledged features of a serviced apartment. The views from the room was spectacular.

You get all the amenities you can think of, you can even cook your food, do laundry, gym, swimming.

First thing cleanliness 5/5. Secondly location is so good, walkable distance to bukit bintang, services are prompt. U ll have 7eleven just at rhe entrance. I dint have any food at their reataurant. Overall my rating 4. 5/5

Excellent staff, very cooperative and helpful. We needed a baby stroller, try have is one on loan to use. Very polite staff and nice clean rooms with all facilities. I will recommend this to all my friends.

Spacious room. The kitchenette was more useful to us. We could cook our own food. Location was more convenient to most tourist spots in kl. Breakfast was continental and was tasty. My kid loved the roof-top swimming pool and that too with a great view of kl and Petronas towers. We could even watch the light show at kl towers from our swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay at Parkroyal services Suites. Recommended.
