Great location, very cooperative staff and very cheap deal. This Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel is located heart of the city. All places are well connected. Tourism office is very close and you get all information about tour and sight seeing. The room was given on 10th floor and just opposite the petronas tower. We really enjoyed the views. Overall experience were Excellent.

One of the best Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel in KL. Perfect location well connected with monorail as well as metro station. Nice view of twin towers from room. Good food, nice ambience, neat and clean rooms. Gym facilities are good. One of the best Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotels with good value for money. Enjoyed semi buffet at temptation restaurant.

Food was good. Staff was good and supportive. Lack of many varieties in the food like which we had at Sheraton and Bali. Location is really good. It is near to patrons towers and good Indian restaurant. Room is neat and clean. You can easily get uber and other local cabs. There are multiple restaurants in the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel itself. You have lot of variety to check. Overall stay is good and value for money.

Overall, we have enjoyed our stay here. The location and the breakfast was excellent. The MRT station near by could make you reach all the prime locations with in the city. We were early by 2 hours and the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel staff was very kind and has provided early check-in. Thank you.

TV was not working, though I did not complain because I had no time. Location is fantastic and overall value for money. Phone sets are old style. Though they function well. Cutlery was not adequate for a business traveler who does not have time to follow.

Good Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel and food service. Very ideally located very close to KLCC. Nice view too. Food is good and would have been better. Rest all okay. So advise all to have a look at as a good option to stay. View is good and rooms are clean and spacious. Ambiance is very good.

Excellent location. Walking distance from Petronas Towers. Light Rail station was just 200 mts from the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Very accessible. Shopping around KLCC was just within 15 minutes. Great Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel and fast WiFi too. Excellent breakfast spread.
