The facilities provided by them were good and upto the mark, as were expectations. Checkin and checkout procedure was also smooth and did not had any trouble to find stores/cafes also near by to it, i. E. Location is good.

We had received very kind responses from the receptionist. They had provided free breakfast. That multi-cuisine self-service buffet system breakfast is awesome. The hotel location and access is very easy from majid jamaik metro station. The ambience is also very nice. The overall rating is excellent from our own experience. I express my gratitude to make my trip online platform and arena a star hotel.

This hotel is very neat, staff is cooperative, with in the heart of the city kuala lumpur easy to access any where from here and u can find food at walkable distance 24 hours ambience is very nice i really like it will plan again and will take the same hotel.
