Rat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Old hotels are usually better if well maintained

The subject is because it provides spacious rooms and hence least disturbances between the rooms. Hotels need to create discipline in customer across and hotel group. Noises in room and corridors are nowadays becoming common affecting the peaceful stay. Also some customers get smelly food and fruits in their rooms which spoils the atmosphere for people who enter the floor. Like dream is a fruit with strong smell and it should not be allowed in hotel. The message is not clear and not conveyed. It should be written on reception or part of communication. The above is applicable to all hotels. I had a nice stay in hotel as it was value for money.

Superb in all sense. Good location, great breakfast. Superb room. Had best breakfast till date on tour. Lots of options available in breakfast. Loved it all. Only charging plugs were not enough.

The hotel is excellent with best location. The service is very good with staff is friendly. The rooms are big and clean with beautiful view. The facilities are excellent particularly buffet breakfast. Total value for money. The rooms are clean and hygiene.

The hotels best thing is it's location! It is just opposite the! What else could one ask for! Just opposite the hotel there is a food truck night market. All locals come there for food and some awesome music! We loved the place!
Thomas, staff in the hotel was kind to give us a room facing the towers. Overall highly recommended! And yes, breakfast was good too!

Excellent swimming pool, overall it was a good exp
Excellent swimming pool, food was very wide spread, enjoyed pateries and egg preparations, fruits and salads were good, Indian food could have beeen added more, juice and milk were OK.
Some items were repeated daily in the breakfast, overall it was a good experience

Located in the right place. Petronas Twin Tower is just 5 minutes straight walk. We enjoyed the breakfast. You may also enjoy the night Street food stalls just adjacent to the hotel. For Asians, NZ Curry house is a bliss.
