An excellent location and accommodating staff. I wasn’t too comfortable in the room first and the staff immediately accommodated my request for a change of room. Perfect place to stay at KL

the stay was awesome, service was too good, staff were so cooperative and food was so tasty everything was so perfect , and it was our engagement anniversary they had given a customised cake in our room, the gesture was truly great😃 10 on 10

Excellent Spacious Rooms with good Breakfast , superb city view from the room balcony … Please add some Indian food recipes to the breakfast , atleast upma, idli and dosa.

Very comfortable stay. Neat and clean room bathroom. breakfast delicious hygienic food. center of city nearest all tourist attraction places. we stay for 3+1 nights. when will come next time in K L we will prefer this property.

Hotel with very good accommodation. room size large neat and clean tidy breakfast very Good except chairs of dining and tables should be change or to be clean. location is in center of city and easily approachable. Overall it is Good property 🏨

The hotel location is quite good. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff is very helpful. They accommodated the little requests we had. Check in and check out were both quick. Breakfast is a lavish one and their a la carte menu is also quite good. Overall a very pleasant experience at the hotel.

Fantastic stay. Stayed with family and the staff was very helpful. Location is great, u can see twin tower view from the balcony. Breakfast was great, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay.

We had the best experience ever! the room that they gave us was a studio queen room and i have no words to explain how beautiful the view and the apartment is! the breakfast was amazing! the staff can be a little more friendlier but my husband and i had the best best time. Plus the highlight was the place it's situated in! it's in an amazing distance to travel anywhere it's extremely close to everything! on the whole we had an amazing time

The hotel is just a few blocks away from the most happening part of bukit bintang. Very good property in neighbourhood of all big brand hotels at the most competitive prices. I'd definitely recommend.

I am giving 5 star to this Hotel Dorsett because there are not more star than this, otherwise Hotel deserves more than five STARS. Everything from check in with my family to check out was very smooth and fantastic. I do not expect a hotel better than this. I was thinking to extend my tour plan at Kuala Lumpur for the comfort of this hotel only. However it was not possible as my total plan was scheduled. However I will definitely prefer to stay in future in this Hotel only . I give 100 out of 100 to Hotel Dorsett, Kuala Lumpur. Dr. Rajendra Shrivastava

Everything is good. Only drawback was that window view was not available to us as another building has been constructed adjacently which has obstructed the whole view. Service was good. Check in and check out was smooth enough. taxi service is provided by Hotel

We had a wonderful stay for three night in Dorset
Very close to all the mall and suria petrona towers. Only one thing disappointed me was bathroom jet spray. Rest every thing was perfect right from the room to cleanliness

1. Location excellent 2. Food : very few choices for vegetarians
restricted room service timings
only one restaurant but non vegetarians would probably have a lot of choices
3. Amenities:good 4. Services: average; shampoo almost at the bottom even after room was made up the day earlier
