Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location is excellent !! Service is great ..and staff is courteous, they have drinking water cooler on every floor … other hotels charge for water also.

We had booked the executive room which had a sitting hall and a separate bedroom. The hotel and the room was nice. I had read some negative reviews before coming to hotel regarding staff behaviour and house keeping only after 3 days. But here found that the staff behaviour was very cooperative house keeping is done every day. Hotel is centrally located in kl and petronas tower, kl tower are nearby, 10 my r by grab. Batu caves were 25 my r from the hotel by grab. Hotel and the rooms were good.

Great experienced. Me and friends are happy to be served by 2 staffs Rahman and Khairul at the Executive Lounge. They are very friendly and efficient customer service personels. An asset to the company. Two thumbs up to Furama Hotel. 1st time visited this hotel. Never expected to have a high tea at their lounge area. Food served was nice

The stay was luxurious. Very spacious room with free drinking water, cafe station, mini fridge, iron with ironing board, clean and spacious bathroom, very helpful staff. It also has a play area for kids accessible for a nomimal price

I read a few negative reviews so i was a bit apprehensive but i was blown away for the huge room i was offered for my 3 days stay. Everything was perfect. The staff minded their own business and the lift could only be accessed by guests so you know for sure that random people can’t get into your rooms. The hotel is located right across a huge mall which has plenty of food options so it was extremely convenient for me.
The whole experience of staying here was highly satisfactory. From ease in check-in and check-out to excellent behavior of the staff was a highly satisfying experience. Real value for money.

Its good value for money however that comes with lots of cost cutting the hotel has done. Eg there is no one to help you with the luggage when you arrive or depart, you have to get the luggage trolley yourself and do all the pulling and lifting bags yourself. Might not be ideal for elderly or someone with back issues. No water available in the room, they provide you a jug which you have to go and fill at the water filter near the lifts on each floor.

New hotel and very clean, good service, affordable budget friendly. Near to twin tower easily accessible to all the places
