Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. We stayed there with our infant son. All the staff are really helpful and always greet you with smile. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was amazing with a separate counter for Indian food. It was a memorable stay with family.

We visited Kuala Lumpur as a part of our anniversary-trip, and stayed in Hotel Istana. Located in the heart of KLCC region, the hotel boasts of all luxurious amenities (spacious rooms, bar, pool, sauna, spa, gym etc) and extremely courteous and professional staff. The breakfast buffet is immensely diverse, and reeks of high standards. We stayed in twin tower view rooms which provide a good view of the towers. The reception and lobby area are huge and a treat to visit. Major junctions of Kuala Lumpur (twin towers, Bukit Bintang, Pavillion mall, aquaria etc) are at walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and hospitality provided, and would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

The stay was extremely comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful. Its right in the heart of City center and near a convenience store and an indian restaurant too. Worth the price!

We have stayed here for 3 days. Spacious room with amazing view of twin tower. Located at heart of the city, market, happening places are all within the walking distance. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Swimming pool and restaurant are also very nice. Worth the money.

Stayed in 'Twin Tower View Deluxe' room. Room size is huge- 5 star. Washroom superb- 5 star. Amenities in room are good. Could provide more water bottles- 5 star. Hospitality- 5 star. Breakfast buffet- 5 star. Location- 5 star.

As the name describes the stay was quite majestic. The hotel ambiance was very delightful. Really liked the location as it is quite close to most of the attractions. Kids friendly and food was totally remarkable. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this for families and friends.
